While we guarantee a 20% conversion lead increase for qualified service businesses (governed by separate contract conditions), specific sales, conversion numbers, or marketing results depend on external variables such as general market demand and ad platform algorithms.

8Limitation of Liability

To the absolute maximum extent permitted under local laws, Atomix Digital and its engineers shall not be held liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or structural business damages, including loss of business revenues, ad spends, sales, or lead metrics resulting from the use or inability to use our systems.

9Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any structural project disagreements shall be governed by and analyzed in accordance with local laws, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any legal motions or arbitrations shall be filed in corresponding local courts.
